Delivery & Postage

How It Works

All UK orders are now sent via Royal Mail, using their UK Tracked service. You can choose your shipping at checking.

 

UK Tracked 48 - £3.95

UK Tracked 24 - £4.95

Orders over £80.00 will be eligible for Free Shipping, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Please note that Postage & Delivery time does not include our business turnaround time to make your order. Ready Made items will be dispatched within 5 working days, most within 1-3 days. Made to Order items will be subject to our current turnaround time which is displayed at the top of the page.

Felt and Flair will not be held responsible for parcels once they have been posted. Proof of postage will always be retained and please leave up to 10 days after dispatch before contacting me regarding a missing order. If Tracked delivery is chosen, a tracking number will be provided.

If you need an order for a specific date, please communicate this with me, preferably before ordering to ensure I am able to meet this deadline. I will always try my best as I know sometimes those special dates sneak up on us but also please be considerate that your lovely items do take time to make!

Returns & Refunds

The Small Print

We hope that you will love your item/s when you receive them, but we do understand that sometimes things don't always go to plan. If you receive your order and decide it's not right for you, please get in touch within 7 days to see if I can help you. If a solution can not be reached where you happy, I will offer you a refund for the price paid.
 

I will ask you to return the item/s at your own cost, unless faulty, where in this case I will cover postage costs. The item/s must be returned in the same condition, unused and in the original packaging (keep proof of postage).
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item/s via the original payment method. These must be returned within 30 days of receipt. 


Unfortunately, personalised items and custom orders are non-refundable unless deemed faulty or wrong. Please double check your order beforehand to ensure any personalised requests are accurate and correct as I will not be able to hold any responsibility to mistakes made during the ordering process.

Refunds or returns cannot be made on sale items or gift card purchases.
